Simple ways to get the most out of your cold-pressed juice — how to keep it fresh, a few easy recipes, and what's in season right here in Cameron. Made with a lot of love and a little faith.
Keeping your juice fresh
Our juice is 100% real, with no preservatives — so a little care keeps it at its best:
- Drink within 72 hours for the best taste and full nutrition. After that, the natural nutrients gradually begin to degrade.
- Freeze for up to 6 months. Need to keep it longer? Pop it in the freezer and it'll still taste fresh — just thaw in the fridge and shake well before drinking.
- Always keep it cold and give it a good shake; natural settling is normal.
3 ways to enjoy your juice
1. Straight from the bottle
Honestly the best way — chilled, shaken, and fresh. A Wellness Shot first thing in the morning is a great daily habit.
2. Freeze it into pops
Pour any juice into popsicle molds (or small cups with sticks) and freeze for 4+ hours for a 100%-juice frozen treat — the kids love it on a hot Texas day. Our Watermelon Mint freezes beautifully.
3. Build a smoothie or bowl
Use a bottle as the flavor base for a smoothie or smoothie bowl with frozen fruit — recipe below.
Recipe: Breakfast Smoothie Bowl
A quick, energizing bowl built on a bottle of Cameron Juice. Makes one bowl.
You'll need
- 1 bottle Cameron Juice (Golden Root or Beet Booster work great)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful frozen berries
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
- Toppings: granola, chia seeds, fresh fruit
How to make it
- Blend the juice, frozen banana, berries and yogurt until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
- Enjoy right away while it's cold and fresh.
